Xbox 360 owners will no longer have exclusive access to "Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City" this spring. Both "The Ballad of Big Gay Tony" and "The Lost and the Damned" will be set loose on the PlayStation 3 and PC on March 30th via the PSN, Windows Live and a Blu-ray disc package. The announcement comes almost a year after "Lost and the Damned" first appeared for the 360, but Rockstar assured PS3 and PC owners that they appreciate the wait they've endured.
"It's been a long time coming, but we are proud to finally deliver 'Episodes From Liberty City' for the PC and PlayStation 3," Rockstar Games co-founder Sam Houser said in a press release. "We appreciate the patience of our PlayStation 3 and PC fans worldwide, and we look forward to putting the games in your hands this March.
The full disc with both titles will run $39.99, though the expansion games will also be available separately as downloads. I'm not sure what Microsoft paid Rockstar to keeps the Episodes chained to the 360 for 13 months, but it must have been a convincing sum to delay these launches for so long.
